We on a daily basis research and co-develop ways to develop our buildings and communities in the manner in which will maintain and protect Earth’s water, air, soil, wetlands, and forests for the benefit of our health and well-being.

Our Solution to CLIMATE CHANGE!

Climate change is already an urgent threat to millions of lives – but there are solutions.

First and foremost we have sustainability in our DNA. Today, protecting our environment is a key factor in everything we do and what we build can reduce the impact our buildings have on contributing to climate change while also building resilience into our homes and communities.

Existing buildings account for more than one-quarter of all greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs), according to the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction. Add in other infrastructure and activities, such as transportation, that are associated with buildings, and that number jumps.

Governments around the world need to step up their commitment to reducing carbon output from power generation. Their plans also need to target emissions from the production of building materials, which have so far largely escaped notice.

Also, we ‘The People’ can also be a part of this mission just by making a few changes in our daily lifestyle. Everyone’s contribution is needed to breathe healthily and live healthily. We can all begin to REDUCE, REUSE, and RECYCLE. By taking this action you will help to reduce the amount of carbon-di-oxide in the atmosphere and save the environment.

Our environmental objectives when selecting building materials, products, components and assemblies during the building and construction process is to select materials, products components and assemblies that enhance human health and contribute to a healthy indoor air quality. we also reduce the use of finite resources in accordance with achieving a sustainable eco-footprinta and reduce energy and water inputs to reduce embodied energy and water. Also where available we opt for local materials and products to reduce transport energy impacts and last but not least promote renewable, reusable, recycled and recyclable material content.
