At Midas Touch Towers, it all starts and ends with a sustainable mindset and a shared ambition with those whom we partner up and affiliate with from architects, city planners, to engineers and builders. 

In an industry where most developers are still primarily focused on the classic building model of plan, build, let and sell, only developing single family homes, multi use buildings and rental properties, with few if any sustainable designs and smart features, we see an opportunity to revolutionise how buildings and properties are being built, at the core, multi purpose, integrated with future technologies and sustainability as a standard, thus incentivising those who participate and contribute. 

Now more than ever, we have become acutely aware of our ingrained responsibility as property developers to create intelligent and low-carbon structures, and to achieve net zero carbon by 2050. 

Starting with the use of smart, sustainable and ethical materials, our focus besides beautifying streescapes with luxurious and ambitious real estate is ensuring that they are energy, water and resources-efficient, environmentally friendly by design, and capable of producing their own energy (electricity prosumers).

Midas Touch Towers has been credited for its forward-thinking approach to redeveloping neglected residential, commercial and industrial areas into thriving, efficient, smart and sustainable residential and business city landscapes, collaborating with experts, international councils and governments to embed sustainability into projects from concept through to completion.

Midas Touch Towers is focused on developing a holistic ecosystem where everything is connected and interoperable when it comes to smart city buildings now and into the future, from comfort and control to safety and security.  

Our mission is to identify the core aspects of smart, sustainable and resilient structures and set the standard of  what consititutes smart and sustainable community development from  buildings, educational centres to healthcare facilities, and thus by setting the standard provide a template of key fundamentals by which other countries, cities and communities will need to comply with in their adaptation. By creating new smart society ecosystem ideals that help us to live comfortably and securely, while protecting our planet for future generations, we will start seeing a  greater shift from simply having conversations, posting ideas and attending green summits, to undertaking cooperative and competitive projects through government initiatives and through the support of the Private & Public Sector Funds.

Our Philosophy

Here at Midas Touch Towers we’re committed to the development and implementation of building structures that are environmentally responsible and resource efficient. We all know what kind of shape our environment is in, and we’re stepping up to the challenge to make a difference.

As part of this effort, we are adopting a holistic systems approach, undertaking the necessary research into the design, construction and management of green real estate and providing value through education, campaigns, collaboration and sponsorship. 

At the core of our beliefs is a focus in re-thinking the way we approach design and construction and introduce circularity into the planning phase because much of the future performance of a building structure is dictated by earlier decisions and planning.
